First open the official website of UIDAI, then click on 'Order Aadhaar PVC Card' in 'My Aadhaar section'. As you click on the Order Aadhaar PVC card, to do one of these three things you need to enter a 12 digit Aadhaar number or a16 digit Virtual ID or a 28 digit EID.
